Using Advanced Approvals (bundle 108404). There is a template in listed in General Preferences, Custom Preferences. It is called “Advanced Approvals – HC_APPROVE_BODY”.
Where is that stored??? I want to customize it and cannot even find it…sheesh!

found it… Documents, Templates, Email Templates….. oddly enough; a completely different place than file cabinet, Templates, Email Templates.
