On many records, the legacy rich text editor is still in use. This is the same editor when you add a custom field of type Rich Text. I think this editor has been around since the early 2000s. Any chance NetSuite will upgrade to the new rich text editor like the one found on emails.

I will also add that attaching screenshots in NetSuite is extremely antiquated (to cases, rich text fields). Traces of the 1990s UI has mostly disappeared by now and yet these remain…
