Is anyone else having trouble with bundle updates. I have tried several bundles, from 2 different accounts, from production and sandbox. Every time I get this message: “The source account for this bundle may no longer exist, or may be offline due to maintenance or the end of the release preview period. Please contact the bundle provider for assistance.”
Nothing in the error message is true.
I’m logged into the bundle provider account for one of the bundles I tried. So, the bundle exists, the account is not offline for maintenance, the account has not reached the end of a preview period.

According to NetSuite support, “This is an urgent issue with high visibility on the NetSuite side and we are currently targeting a fix to be released during off peak hours of PST today.”

Bundles are back up

Now bundles will not update or install in sandbox environments.It throws “An unexpected error has occurred.”
