I’ve been trying now forever to get this to work, with no success.

I have inbound SSO working with no issues. But I cannot get the SSO working from netsuite.com.

It looks like Netsuite doesn’t even try to connect to our ADFS server.

I’ve tried to set the Identity Provider Login Page to “https://system.netsuite.com/app/crm/support/issuedb/issue.nl?id=14979835&compid=&e=T” .

I’m getting either the wrong username and PW error, or an error message stating that I need the feature “Issue Management” .

    Any ideas?

the URL that you are using is page for opening an issue – instead try the home page URL and that should work.

J.J, Thanks you for your response.

    I must be missing something.

I’ve set the Identity Provider Login Page to “https://system.sandbox.netsuite.com?compid=3658677&e=T” as well as “https://system.sandbox.netsuite.com” with no succcess.

I’ve used SAML Tracer and again, I don’t see any requests made to our ADFS Server.

    Any more ideas?

    Hi schoeniger

Were you ever able to resolve this issue? We are having the same trouble where we cannot redirect the netsuite.com login page to the Identity Provider successfully.

    Thank you in advance

For this concern, have you enabled the Primary Authentication checkbox on the SAML setup page. By checking on the mentioned checkbox, it would allow Deep Linking or an SP-Initiated SAML process
