I’m working on integrating Netsuite with my document management system (M-Files). The ODBC functionality will help keep customer names and various attributes standardized. The developers were hoping for an *.msi package, or to at least know what switches (if any) are available with the *.exe to allow silent install. Has anyone ever attempted something like this? I opened a support ticket but they appear to be unable to help.

On my experience, ODBC would require you to download it from your NetSuite UI as ODBC (SuiteAnalytics Connect) is an additional module in which it is not currently possible. Could you provide us the error ticket so that we could discuss this one to the handling rep and file an enhancement for this concern.
