    Hi,

I have a customer who wants to send saved search result to customer as Invoice attachment.

I Created an advanced pdf template to print saved search results.

This works just fine if search is not grouped or summarized.

If search has summary types added NetSuite will give an error.

When selecting created pdf template :

    Result :

Is there any change to do this?

If i select Default as print template it works, but it is not possible to modify that output.

    Regards,

    Vesku

Support recently filed Defect 458470 for a similar error: Summary Saved Search > Print > Advanced PDF / HTML > We cannot return search columns for summary saved search {1}.

This is likely related and should be reported to Support.

Hi rnedelkow, if you are creating pdf  template as list of record view using saved search then you have to:

1- Create saved result first and use one or two fields first.
2- After save and run click create template button at top in saved result view.
3- Enter Template and save it.
4- Go to the Advanced Template and you will see the table list of record, check html code using code editor and edit html as you like to show.
