    Has anyone worked with using fields such as Phone or Email from a Primary Contact record as the default value in a transaction body field via a formula like {contactprimary.phone}?

    Yes, it is possible to populate a transaction body field with the the primary contacts info such as email or phone. Are your fields not getting populated?

    Send over screenshots of your custom transaction body field set-up. Perhaps the store value box is not un-checked.

    It's working now. I had to change the internal ID used in the formula.
