    Hello. We have a saved search that when viewed in NetSuite has results. But when those results are exported to Excel by clicking the icon at the top of the search, all the file has is the headers, no results. Same if export to CSV. Other searched work fine. Any idea why we cannot export these results?

    Permissions are all fine. Just an issue with this one search and under certain conditions. The search has a filter for item numbers, Since we have over 20,000 items, the search filter cannot be ont eh item because the select field size is limited. We instead have to use a formula text field. When this is left blank the search returns the correct results but the export contains only the headers.

    A similar problem was reported for a customer search. The problem was caused by fields which were added in both the Criteria tab and Available Filters. The solution was to remove one of the fields from either the Criteria tab or Available Filters tab.

    Yeah, the only way we can get it to download is to remove the criteria but then the filter does not work
