I want to log time with TimeBill. This also expects an item.

I have created a saved search based on JobTask. This returns:

    – Name

    – Internal ID

    – Job name

    – Job internal ID

    – Task name

and can be queried by assignee. I tested this and that works fine. Now I also want to include the service item ID but there doesn’t seem to be a way to include this.

    I am able to include:

    – JobTask Assignment : Service Item

    But that’s not an ID.

    How is this possible?

Another question, is this assumption correct:

    – Customer has many Jobs

    – A Job has one or more Tasks

    – These tasks can be assigned to employees

    – A task belongs to a service item (has one)

    – A service item can have many tasks pointing to it

Is this all correct? If not, how can I get the service item?

    Thanks in advance!
