    Hello,

    I am needing to report on Gross Profit % for each inventory item(1 unit).

    Basically listing all Inventory items with a column that displays the Gross Profit %, to what is set in Netsuite.

    I see there are formula fields using saved search, would it be possible to use a formula field to calculate the GP%, and display it for every item.

    Formula would be (Sales Price-Purchase Price)/Sales Pricex100

    Not sure if reports would be the way to go, but please share if you know a better way.

    Thank you

    Have you looked at the Inventory Profitability report?

    Thanks for the response Hbackhausen.

    I basically would just like to list the GP% for an item, 1 unit.

    I could do this by extracting to excel, using formulas etc.

    But I was seeing if we could maybe do it within a report or search when you can just look up a item or a range and check its GP%.

    Hope this makes sense let me know your thoughts.

    Thank you

    This can be done pretty easily using a Saved Search.

    In the results tab, add a Formula (Percent) column and in the formula field enter ({price}/{cost})/{price}
