When enabled, the SuiteAnalytics Connect Service, also referred to as the Connect Service, enables your business to archive, analyze, and report on its data using a third-party tool or any custom built application, all while connecting from any type of device using a Windows or Linux operating system. If your company elects to enable the Connect Service, NetSuite offers ODBC, JDBC, and ADO.NET drivers that you can download, install, and use to connect to the Connect Service. You can use a variety of compatible applications, including Microsoft® Excel, BIRST, Adaptive, or any other compatible application, to work with the Connect Service.

Important: The SuiteAnalytics Connect feature was formerly called ODBC Connections for Advanced Reporting. The ODBC 6.0 driver is no longer available to download but is supported for now. NetSuite will no longer support the legacy ODBC 6.0 driver as of February 1, 2016. This driver is now labeled a legacy driver. For more information, see Legacy (ODBC 6.0) Driver Login. To upgrade to the latest SuiteAnalytics Connect ODBC driver, uninstall your legacy ODBC driver and then download and install the latest SuiteAnalytics Connect driver. NetSuite encourages all SuiteAnalytics Connect customers to update to the ODBC 7.0 drivers as soon as possible. For more information, see the topic Upgrading an ODBC Driver or click here to get started.
