I’ve been stuck trying to search for null values using CustomerSearch/TransactionSearch – specifically, I’m trying to search for customers which have no sales reps assigned – I’ve tried passing NULL or “” as the value, it always comes back up with not a valid key.
What’s the best way to pass this?

Try using “salesrep” “anyof” “@NONE@”, at least that’s how it’s done in Suitescript.
