Hi all,

I am trying to get a list of all Roles using webservices, but I could not find in the record browser any information about Roles?

Is it possible to get that list of Roles?

Are you looking for a list of all roles in your account that have the web services permission? You can do so by creating a Role saved search and in the criteria tab set the permission to any of web services. If you want roles that are web services only, include the web services only criteria instead.

If you are want to using search and getAll operation using Web Services for the roles, unfortunately, Role is not available both as a RecordRec and as a search for web services. Only Contact Roles and Sales Roles are available on get and search operations. You may file a support ticket so we can have an enhancement for your end. As an alternate solution, save a CSV of the list of roles in the UI that parse the CSV using your inhouse application to perform the record to id mapping for the roles for the meantime
