Hi All,
I am facing an Journal entry CSV update issue.
Getting following error
A record with this ID already exists. You must enter a unique ID in order to create or update this record.
I have tried it with internal id and also also internal with new external id
but still getting the error.
format is as follows
Internal ID, External ID, remaining fields
1,new externalid, remaining fields
but still getting the same error.
Please reply ASAP.

There's a lot of good info that may help. One note about updating JE in particular: Important
The lines of the Journal Entry Line sublist are not keyed, therefore you cannot directly update specific lines. To update journal entry lines, ensure you have exported all journal entry lines, make the necessary changes in the sublist lines, check the Overwrite Sublists box in the advanced options, and overwrite the whole sublist.

Hi Mike,
I have also checked the "Overwrite Sublists" check box but still getting the same error.
Has anyone Update Journal Entry record using CSV after 2017.1 release please share
