JulieFitzWhen oh when are we going to get the option for YTD in an alternate date range column?
Netsuite you are a public company how do you generate this report for yourself without having to change the custom date range every time?

tbealI echo Julie’s frustration when basic functionality is missing from such a large, supposedly sophisticated software package. Shame on NS!!

sduranteAn enhancement has already been filed for this –
Enhancement 181451: Reports > Financials > Ability to select “Year To Date” as Alternate Period Range
We understand the need for this, that’s why our Dev Team periodically reviews the enhancement requests, so pls keep on voting.

jwenzerRE: YTD Column
Enhancements are a bunch of baloney. Features that are found in a $200 accounting package such as Quickbooks should be defects if they are not in a product as robust as Netsuite.
Also, your Development team must have taken many years off of work. Enhancement 90413 which is for customizing the emails that get automatically get sent out has 557 votes with comments dating back to early 2008. This seems to be the highest number of votes, which is what you are asking users to do. Why has this not been implemented? Why bother voting if it really has no affect?

Bruce KoricanThere is a lot of “understanding” going on from NS on this topic. I think it would be good for NS to specifically state when they will address such perennial bug bears which include:
– YTD column as indicated in this thread, and
– an elegant solution to vendor payment on account
Thanks in advance….
