    Hi Everyone,

I ran into a problem after the 2015.2 upgrade, where I can create assembly builds in the UI, but not through SuiteTalk. I keep getting back the message from the title.

NS customer support is not helping so far.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Also, is there any workaround to this? I am thinking of the following options, but I don’t know whether they exists, and if they do, how to do them:

    – somehow answer “Yes” automatically to the question from the error message – either by passing something in the ADD request, or by sending a subsequent request. BTW, the actual message from the response ends with “Are you sure you want to continue?”.

    – somehow make NS not check for available inventory for the components temporarily

    Thanks,

    Gabe

Just in case it helps anyone:

This is a defect with 2015.2. NS is still investigating, but the temporary workarounds are the following:

    – either pass warningAsError=false on the request preferences (or turn it off globally: “Treat warnings as errors”) – this is the one we chose

    – or use a RESTlet
