Is anyone else experiencing issues with the custom approval routing?

I have a pair of workflows that have worked for months that now fail to set fields mid workflow for the Next Approver. You can imagine that creates chaos as we send automated emails to the person in that field.

I’m also seeing some strange things with a beforeload script. The code adds new “item” line items dynamically and the sourcing of the item field does not occur when set.

The Next Approver does exist in my system. The largest amount of frustration comes when 2 transactions are processed and one fails in workflow yet has identical criteria
