I would like to create a workflow that sets a variety of default values on a customer record based on:

1. Did it come from our website (as opposed to created from within NetSuite UI)?

2. Which website did it come from (via some website ID? – We use SuiteCommerce Advanced)?

Is this possible?

I know we could edit the website itself and have it set those values through the templates/form submits, but it would be WAY easier if we could do it via script/workflow.

Hi Alan,

For the First Point there is a field named as “Web Lead” which you can use it in your customer workflow conditions or you can use the context in the workflow as “Web-store”.

For the Second Point refer this suite answer “22823”…
