I have having trouble getting my workflow to trigger an email to a custom email address (custom field) on the Customer record.
The details of the workflow are: Record Type=Customer; Release Status=Testing; Initiation=Scheduled; Saved search=Customer monthly statements not $0.00; Repeat=ticked;Frequency=Every 30 minutes (set for testing purposes only, otherwise will be monthly); Scheduled from date=today.
There is only 1 State and that is: Triggered on=Scheduled; Schedule=Time of Day; State Time=9:00am; Sender=Specific Sender; Recipient=From field Record=Current record Field=Accounts Alt Email (the new custom field); Content=Custom with specific leading message; Attachment File=checked; Include Statement=checked Type=Inline – Below; Show only open transactions=ticked; Consolidated statement=ticked Use Customer’s locale=ticked
Where have I gone wrong? Any assistance is gratefully appreciated.
