Is it possible to create a workflow that will approve certain sales orders and then generate the automatic purchase order for the sales order. After that I would want to change some information in the created purchase order and email it.

Hello Finops,

Currently we cannot create the Purchase Order from sales order by workflow.

You can create Item Fulfilment, Invoice, Cash Sale and Return authorization from the workflow.

If the items are marked for drop shipment or special purchase order, then PO(s) are created upon approval.
