    I have a workflow which is set to send an email to the customer once a button is clicked. I want to CC a custom field which is stored on the customer record, which is working fine when there is an email in that field, but errors when the field is blank. Can I add anything to the {custentity66} which is what is in the CC field with anything to ignore if blank? Or any other ideas of tackling this?

    Add another Send Email action and send it directly to the {custentity66} field, but add a condition to this action to check if the {custentity66} field is not empty.
