Hello,

I am trying to create an easy scheduled workflow that changes the Assigned to field on a Phone Call Record to whoever the sales rep is on the joined Company record.

The workflow updates all other fields but for some reason it just will not update the Assigned field.

Any ideas to why?

Hi Kristina,

I believe you are trying to to read information from tab “Related Records”, sublist “Companies and Contacts”. Workflow currently cannot access sublists even if it contains only one record. To achieve this you would have to use Custom Action (SuiteScript).
