    I have a lead nurturing campaign running with a scheduled workflow and got an error because I am attempting to send the same campaign email twice to the same recipient. The only identifying piece of information to find the actual record is Record Id. How do I search for that record ID?

    Hi,

    Here’s a trick that should work for you: Open a current Lead / Customer record.
    Look at the URL, and you’ll see something like “…entity/custjob.nl?id=999999” at the end of the URL.
    Replace the ID (the last numbers) with the ID from your Workflow, then press enter.

    Hopefully that will get you the record you’re after. Also, as a help, inside your Workflow, ensure you have “Enable Logging” ticked.
