    Hi,

    I have an integration process that creates/updates customer record and inserts child records into custom records and links them.

    I am running into a challenge where for some records, the NetSuite WebService Returns customer record using the Contact ID, but the UI does not.

    While the process tries to link the Custom Record to the Customer record, NetSuite is generating an error that says the Customer record does not exist.

    Has anyone run into this problem? How to resolve this?
