Can anyone help me in determining which tables in an ODBC view/connection will give me the stock on hand/qty on hand figure. I believe I have queried as many variants of the items* tables without any figures presenting themselves to me!

    Thanks.

RE: Using ODBC to query stock levels

I use the INVENTORY_NUMBER table, with columns ON_HAND_COUNT and LOCATION_ID.

    Hi,

That seems to only give me a qty for an individual serial number. We are a One-World account with a mix of serialised items and standard inventory items.

    Other thoughts?

We are one world too, but all items are lot/serial.

I’d try Inventory Items, and if you are using Bins you could try that too.

Thanks for the suggestion. Maybe I’m just querying the wrong field but I still only get a minor number of records with a stock on hand qty > 0 . I’ve lodged a support case to see if NS can help me.

Got a quick response from the SuitFlex support team:

The table which holds the quantity is “ITEM_LOCATION_MAP” the you can filter it by item and by location using the ITEM_ID field and LOCATION_ID field.
