We have created a custom field called Divisons which is a multi-select. When we add this to the Available Filters list of a custom view it allows us to add it, but we are unable to have it show up in the filter region. We think it is logical to be able to filter on one or more values of a multi-select list, but cannot figure out how to do this.

I have attached screenshots of the field definition and the list definition available filters view.

Any thoughts on how we can get this into the list filter would be appreciated!

If you're OK with the filter being a text entry field, you can create a "Formula Text" result column and filter by that.
