TsogzolmaaHello, all
How can account,CEO and other roles except from administrator role
view all subsidiaries and consolidation data from custom financial reports?
It seems these roles only view their own subsidiaries data from custom financial reports.

mlucentalesHello,
I have checked the standard CEO role and found out that the Subsidiaries field on this role is empty which means that a user with this role is only allowed to access data within the subsidiary specified on user’s Employee record. If you need users to have access to financial reports with all subsidiaries and consolidation data, you have to create a custom role in which the all Subsidiaries are selected in the Subsidiaries field of the role. This will affect access to other records though. If a role has all subsidiaries selected in the Subsidiaries field and a role has access to Transactions -> Sales Order for example, the users will be able to view ALL sales order from ALL subsidiaries as well. For more information on customizing role please refer to SuiteAnswers:

I hope this helps.

KoujiHello Tsogzolmaa,
Another option is to do the following:Edit your custom financial reports
Go to More Options
On the Audience tab>Roles box, select the Roles you want to give viewing permission to (Note that this is a multi-select box)
Click Save
Note: If you want to give full permission, use the Access tab instead of Audience tab on step 3I hope this helps.
