I’m trying to upload Sales Orders via CSV with zero qty but NS gives me error message: You must enter at least one line item for this transaction.

I have lots of items that have to be zero qty as they are later on populated by users manually when qty is known.

Items I use on the sales orders have default qty of zero but NS does not like when all items are zero qty

    Any ideas?

Just a thought, Possibly create a Non-Inventory item with a cost of 0 but a quantity of 1 might get you past the error?

    Hi

When creating a sales order via UI (navigate to Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Order > Enter any Item > Quantity = 0 > Add ), user will be prompt to an message: The minimum quantity for this item is 1.

This is by system design that user cannot order an item with quantity less than 1 or negative.
