    I have been trying to upload customer payments via a saved csv import as I have done several times a week for some time now. I continue to get the error code “The system did not record completion of this record within the expected permissible time. Please double check its existence before re-importing.” on about 1/3 of the lines in my import. I continue to attempt the upload and either get success or the same results. Any help?

    Hi mlerma,

    I have had this issue show up as well randomly. From what I understood, it it probably related to the size of the import. I am positive that if you try with a significantly lower subset of data, it would work.

    Out of curiosity, how many customer payments are you importing? and since you used to do it regularly, when did you start having this issue?

    I would recommend opening a support case if the amount of CSV rows is within the lmit of what Netsuite recommends.
