The first thing I should say is that we need to avoid using related items groups b/c there is no base of group items that belongs to all products, simply individual items related to master items. Defining a related items group for each product on our site seems unrealistic and contrary to it’s reasoning of repeatedly used sets, which we don’t need.

My goal is to have a master xls file that I can use to maintain all of my product items information, and especially have 10+ columns for related items and simply ad the related item internal-id in the appropriate columns, and import to NetSuite. The goal is that NS will add/edit/delete any related product connections to products who’s related products have changed, multiplied, or removed.

If this is possible, can you be so kind as to document the process for me?
