Hi,

I customized Trial balance report and added the ‘Amount’ field, so it has the ff. columns Account, Account Type, Debit, Credit and Amount. Credit amounts are displayed as negative values in the Amount column except for accounts with account type of Equity.

Example:

Account Debit Credit Amount

1000 Equity 2,000.00 2,000.00

Is this normal NetSuite behavior?

Hi,

I couldn’t reproduce what your seeing in my test account. From what folder did you get “Amount”? Can you try using “Amount (Inverse) and see if you still get the behavior you described?
