marcello.antolinoHi guys;
2 days ago I experienced a problem during the morning (EST time) which either ‘fixed itself’ or by following conneciton tentatives I didn’t get it anymore.
But today it’s being all day like this: for SOME views that expose custom record types the catalog is empty – NO FIELDS at all.
I opened a support ticket but got no answer so far. When I try to perofrm a query on those tables I get this error:
Error: Could not find any column information for tableroject_case_status. (State:01000, Native Code: 0)
and a message: “Database name has changed. Would you like to refresh the catalog?”
Even refreshing it, I can’t see the fields or query the data.
This is CRITIAL to us, any help appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi Ivan,
it was working this morning and JUST stopped again.
Could it be related to some process that refreshes the views daily? If that helps you, I just edited some custom record type fields a few minutes ago.
Do you have more info on that and maybe an ETA?
Thanks a lot!
