    Hi,

    I have tried various permutations but I can’t get the user name to populate on the emails generated by answering a case within netsuite.

    Probably an easy solution, does anyone know the correct reference? (We don’t assign cases so I am unable to use that particular reference which is why I would like to use the current netsuite user)

    Did you try ${employee.firstname} or ${assigned.firstname} ?

    Have you tried to pull any other user fields?

    I had tried employee and assigned as I mentioned is not relevant since we don’t assign the case (although it wouldn’t let me save the template in with this reference)
