We currently import our invoices via CSV Import, but some prices are not importing correctly. When we imported via XML import, we were able to specify a Price that was outside of the LevelName. Since XML imports are no longer available, we are no longer able to import the same way. When an import is done via CSV, the Prices we specified in the file are overwritten and changed to the LevelName pricing. Is there a way to fix this? Is there a setting we’re missing? Right now we have to manually update every line each month…

    Hi Maria,

I was wondering if what you refer to as LevelName pricing is the Price Level field?

If yes, then you may try adding a column on your CSV File which is Price Level. You have to choose it to be Custom so you can specify a different rate or unit price per line item.

Then, you will also need to map the Item : Price Level with the CSV File column just added.

The Line ID value should also be indicated on the CSV File.

You may test this on one Invoice to see if the update is successful.

    Thanks,

So I tried adding it as a custom column, but the Unit Price is still defaulting to the Standard rate specified in the system. I even tried importing without the Price Level altogether, but the Unit Prices are still importing incorrectly. Any other ideas?
