Hi,

Has anyone managed to create YTD columns using the Financial Report Builder?

I am wanting to create an Income Statement Report that shows Actual for the Month and YTD and also do this for the Budgets as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Customize a profit and loss report

1. Add field FINANCIAL > AMOUNT

2. Highlight field and change label to YTD

3. Go to ALTERNATE PERIOD RANGE and select CUSTOM

4. Hold SHIFT key down and select the accounting periods that you want to sum up for YTD such as Jan 2010; Feb 2010; Mar 2010

This will show the sum of those three months in the YTD column.

You can do the same thing for LYTD and Budget
