[Brettsuite]

I want to trigger a workflow with a “show message state” when the Fulfill button is clicked or when the item fulfillment is opened. I have created a check box called bill only and when this is checked I want a message to pop up. The issue I am facing is that there is no option to trigger this workflow from that button. Anyone have input for me?

on the workflow summery you might try using the condition, custom checkbox = yes

Workflows can only directly trigger from buttons that are created BY the workflow.

Beyond that I’m unclear what you want to accomplish, I don’t know what a “show message state” is. Can you elaborate?
