I am new to workflows….

I would like to create a workflow to send an email to a specific user when a sales order is created for customer A OR Customer B. I don’t understand in the condition how to specify those two customers.

Within the condition, there is a USE EXPRESSIONS check box. Checking this box exposes the AND/OR column, the very last column in the condition list. This will allow you to join two condition statements using OR.
