karennHello all,
We suddenly have something bizarre happening. We have a SuiteTalk Console app(C#) that runs nightly and has been running for months without issue. Suddenly yesterday it is not working properly.
It runs a saved search and then processes each result. If we run the search in the UI in NetSuite it comes back with the correct result set. We run the console app which calls the exact same search and it comes back with 8 times the UI search results. Each item is duplicated 8 times. I am at a loss to explain this. The job already takes forever to run and to let it go through it 7 additional times for each item…the job will never finish.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Karen

chanarbonHi @karenn,
For this concern, are you using the option for body fields only? Do you see any distinct details among the results?

karennHi chanarbon,
It’s a Item search not transaction search. Thanks!

check the code first of the application and review the web service log if the data results passed are correct.

fjannelleThis is likely to be related to existing defect #415810. I would suggest filing a case and have it attached to the defect to expedite its resolution.
Best regards,

rnedelkowfyi – Defect 415810 was related to SuiteScript > Server Side Script > Item Saved Search > Duplicate results are returned as results of the Item Saved Search referenced in the Scheduled Scripts. This should have been resolved on 10/7.
