I believe we need the ability to sever the connection with an installed bundle, so that the custom elements that were installed by it can no longer be affected in any way by that bundle.

Use Case #1 — Local Customization of Objects in BundleAfter the bundle is installed, the local account may decide to further customize the objects in that bundle
The account owner wants to make sure that:The bundle can NOT be uninstalled
The objects from the bundle can NOT be updated/overridden by a “Update Bundle” action.

Use Case #2 — Prevent Any Changes to Local InstallThe account owner is happy with the objects as installed, and wants to make sure that there will not be any further updates/changes to the objects in his local account even if the bundle owner does make updates.
Comments, suggestions, opinions from all are welcomed and encouraged.
