I have 7000 customer records. I want to email 1000 of them. I exclude any without an email address. When I set up a search to report on all Internal IDs ( numbers) between 3000 and 4000 the resulting list includes six records with numbers lower than this range ( eg 3900 )and also excludes records with numbers between 3300 and 4000.. If I use the greater than filter on say 3000 or greater this listing is complete without errors.

Can you post screenshots of your search criteria tab and results tab?
