    I want the standard Phone number present on the case record needs to be displayed in the search on the case record.This can be done through creating custom field but through this we get only for newly created records, How can we done it for existing case records.

    And how to get the line count of the Invoices whose line amount is greater than 200 dollars.i am doing through saved search, can you guys suggest any formula to get those line count.

    If I've understood your first question correctly, you should be able to source your custom fields content through the "Sourcing & Filtering" section of the custom field creation.

    Choose Company or Contact in the "Source List" and "Phone" in the "Source From"

    Thanks for your reply Nelliott. I have done it by that we can able to pull phone number from newly created records. with that need to pull data from existing records

    Hi V Mithula,

    Uncheck the Store Value checkbox in the custom field record. This should give you what you're looking for. Keep in mind that if the phone number changes on the entity record it will update on the case record and in saved searches you will need to perform a join to the entity record to get the phone number.
