    Good Day

My goal is to create a saved Contact search that I can use in a Marketing Campaign.

I need to gather a list of Contacts that have purchased a model in a specific series. There are over 100 part numbers in the series, but all the parts start with the same 4 characters.

From a Contact search, I can use the Customer field, "Customer: Items Purchased" in the criteria and define it to all the part numbers, but then I have to manually include every iteration of the part number. Its ugly.

I was hoping to be able to use the Formula (Text) field and create a formula with the first four digits of the part number plus the percent (PXR3%) sign to include all iterations of the part number.

According to this: https://system.na2.netsuite.com/help…/customer.html, the field id for "Items Purchased" is "customer.itemsbought"but I keep getting an error that the field isn't valid.

Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Debbie

If you just want a list of customers who have purchased one of these items, I would use a transaction search.

    Criteria

Date Created: is within this year

Formula (Text): {item} starts with PXR3

    Type: is sales order

    Results

    Name (Summary type: group)

You may need to tweak criteria – obviously date as appropriate for your business use case, but possibly also Type depending on your order origin and accounting processes (ie. invoice or cash sale may be more appropriate).
