Hi there,

I created a Saved Search for all invoices pending for approval; however, the search result returned every invoice with multiple lines by G/Ls on the same invoices. Is there any way that every invoice shows a total instead? I was able to group the search result by Document #; however, the result would show invoice numbers only without details.

Any advices would be appreciated.

mma678 Try adding “Main Line” to the search criteria and set the value to “Yes”
