Has anyone had any issues with getting a saved search to send when a record is created, but it will send when the record is updated?
I made sure it was public, even tried to run unrestricted in case it is some sort of permission issue. Like I said it sends on update, so i don't really think it is a permission issue.

Are there any fields selected under the updated fields subtab? Perhaps that is the issue.

Make sure you're listed as the owner of the Saved Search that is sending the email. NetSuite is weird about email settings on searches configured by non-owners, regardless of permissions.

ironside and mwhite@hgyp.com good suggestions, I have tried both.
I was thinking maybe it was some issue with scripting going on in the background that is preventing the search from being sent when it is created. Then again I feel like the search results and the record itself, but I am banging my head here.

If you are using recipients from the results, try adding yourself as a specific recipient so you can see if the issue is with the search result data.

Hi nic,
I am experiencing the same issue. Recently the alerts are not sending when on creation. Updates is still sending as usual.
