    Need help building a saved search that shows the last 3 tasks.

    Hi bhupds,You can create a Saved Search on Tasks
    Under the Results tab:
    Set the Sort By to Internal ID Descending
    Set the Max Results to 3 (You may have to tick the "Run Unrestricted" checkbox to enable the Max Results box.
