    I want to make areport that shows each month of 2014 across the top with the sales for each month below possibly broken down by product group. I know how to do everything except make a column for each month.

    Can anyone help with this?

    Hi Jim

    Set your Column setting (bottom right) to Accounting Period. Otherwise the option will be called Month depending on your report settings in preferences.

    Where is this option available? Report builder or saved searches in report view mode?

    That would be reports and not saved searches.
