Can anyone tell me which field to choose as a filter on the Sales Order Revenue Forecast Reports in order to filter out the lines that have been marked as ‘closed’ on the sales order? We do not want to include cancelled/closed lines in our forecast.

Hi, you can customize the report.

Load the report > Click Customize.

Under the Filters link, expand the Revenue Recognition Schedule folder > then the Transaction Status sub folder.

Choose Description.

On the filter box for Transaction Status > Description, set this to ‘not equal to’ ‘Closed’

Enter a report name and click on Save.

This should remove Closed Sales Orders.
