Hi, I am having some trouble with Sales Order reporting and hoping someone can help.
We need a report on all sales orders issued in a matrix format – the rows being the month and the columns being the Department (or location). When I build a new report using the “Sales Order Transactions” metric, there is no option to select department (or location) as the column group field. I tried customising one of the standard SO reports to get the Dept/Loc as one of the columns but unable to group it in a matrix format.
