    Hello, We have customers that have several locations. I would like to know what each locations total sales were for each month. For us fortunately, each customer has only 1 store in a zipcode. I am able to create a report like this..

    customer name/id | Shipping Zip code | Transaction Total (Revenue)

    the problem is that my “sales” column is for the period of the report and I would like it summarized for each month.

    I would like column headers like this..

    customer name/id | Shipping Zip code | Jan 2014 Sales | Feb 2014 Sales | March 2014 sales | {ect…}

    Any thoughts on how I can do this?

    You want a Sales by Customer Report customized to bring in the Ship to Zip Column. The other fields should be available by displaying results “by Period”. make sure you are reporting All Reports by period as sales reports dont have to follow accounting posting period but could follow month

    I think that I am able to get what I need. But I really would like to be able to add the “matrix” function to what I have and I don’t know how to do that. Is there any way to change the “format of the report” to “Matrix” after they report is already created?

    You can get the same effect by creating the report by scratch from “New Report”. I don’t think you can modify the report to be matrix after customizing a standard report
