david.smithAnyone else seeing issues with connecting to RESTLets that were working before? I have 2 clients so far that have report the same issue with connecting. It seems they cannot connect from their server but local tests seem to be working fine.

darrenhillconsultingI had the same issue with a client about a week ago. They reported they could no longer authenticate, but I could. They opened a case with netsuite and it was resolved in short order. I’ll ask them for more details to see if I can get you some help.

rnedelkowDefect 413823 was related to temporarily disable Security Questions for LoginToken Authenticator. The fix was released on October 6.
david.smith replied on 10/11/2016, 01:06 PM: My clients are reporting that they cannot connect to the RESTLets via server. However, we can connect via client, such as postman.

david.smithHow/where can I find the defect if I don’t create a case (or multiple) for my client? The NetSuite Account Center only shows cases for that client. Or am I missing something?
rnedelkow replied on 10/11/2016, 01:48 PM: david.smith, a case should be submitted for Support to attach to the appropriate Defect.
